As actively involving agent who has almost 20 years’ experience on labour market in malaysia, i would like give some opinion and suggestion to improve overall management of foreign worker in our new malaysia.

First we start from getting approval for foreign worker in KDN. Let say  a employer manage to obtain a kdn approval for 50 workers for manufacturing which his factory need in urgently. Next step he need register in FWCMS and submit for calling. In Kdn approval stated that the manufacturer only can bring in workers from source country which is Bangladesh, Myanmar, Thailand,Nepal,Indonesia, Philipine, Pakistan, Uzbakistan, Turkanistan, Srilanka,Combodia, Laos, Vietnam. Out of this country, Bangladesh, Mynmar, and Nepal can’t bring in for the moment because of there is no proper mechanism in way . The major country source of workers literally eliminated. India workers not a source country and Indonesian male cant be employed in factories. Now the left is other not favorable countries which Malaysia manufacturer need to do hard work to get reliable workers. This kind situation left them in lurch and eventually encourage them hire illegal. If let say the manufacturer found workers from particular source country and applied calling visa through Fwcms and it would take another month for the workers to arrive. Then if there is some workers do not come after calling visa out , the replacement workers must be from same source of country which i feel is not fair to employers side. For information before FWCMS implemented employer can apply any other source country workers for replacement. The system should be improved but it has been modified to satisfy the vendor not employer.

Source country dilemma existing since 20 years back and we don’t know what the basis of choosing source countries. Why Indonesian male and India which has pool of workers can’t be source country for manufacturing? The world keeps up changing but law in KDN hasn’t change for past 20 years. The same kind of problems happening in other sector as well. For the moment employer can’t bring in workers from Bangladesh, Myanmar and Nepal which make 3/5 of total registered workers. After paying levy about rm1850 (not including coffee money) for each worker, employer has to struggle to find workers

The real problem in our country is about illegals not the registered 1.89m workers. All registered workers particulars even their thumb prints all in system and can retrieve any point of time. Jtk and kdn always come up new mechanism for this registered workers but not for hindering illegals. I suggest JTKSM and Kdn focus on illegals which more damaging our sovereignty. First pls improve myimm system which control in n out tourist and immigration. For your information, since visa on arrival implemented, all blacklisted gain entry to our country easily because the system doesn't work as promised but become money generating machine for vendor. A simple checking can prove my statement. The immigration system should be like in Singapore or China. Every entry should be monitored to eliminate tourist visa misused cz illegal get entry mostly through air . In china, they have amassing system can trace whereabouts of a single tourist within minute. Spend money on system.

it world known truth that Malaysia had a licensed human trafficking system called SPPA . Luckily it was abolished since pakatan taken over. Thought the system hundreds of workers brought in as legal and made them illegals within 6 months of time because of brecurassy and bribery. Well connected vendors collect not less than rm15k to 20k from each worker in Bangladesh and send  them to Malaysia employers. Just go ask these workers how they repaying their loan in Bangladesh with minimum wage they get from employers. Most of them look for better payment employer within Malaysia for their survival and end up as illegals. Whom to blame on this? Politician and vendors who raked million from this Bangladeshi workers still roaming freely but normal Malaysian expected to pay new taxes in coming budget. So a right system should be in place so that legal workers should be protected not abused. Online renewal and mandatory insurance are welcomed.

My suggestion.

       

 1)    Give 3 months’ probation period for new worker who arriving in calling visa. Within these three month of time worker can decide whether they want stick to employer or return to country. By given this option, workers would not work if employer didn’t follow what he promised while reqruitment. Employer too can choose worker which suit to his work condition and employ permanently. Three months initial salary can be used to send back the worker if not suited. Allow replacement calling visa immediate. The 3 months’ probation period can be given when the worker enter to country. Currently they are giving 1 month. So no extra workload to immigration

         

  2)      Service sectors approval mainly for restaurant should emulate Sabah immigration method.  Number of foreign worker should be given based on restaurant size and operational hours. If the restaurant is in corner lot and operate 24 hours it should be given 6 workers. Not more than that. If it operates in middle plot, approve 3 people immediate once they submit with tenancy agreement and license from local authorities. By this new comer with new brand and foreign investor with new idea can open up restaurant which eventually enrich our country. So there is no favors for big mamak restaurant which so long depend on foreign workers to open up branches all over nation. Be fair to all by system. Don’t give backdoor approval. By this way, slowly restaurant operator can move to new level where less depends on foreign workers. This how matured countries did early days.

        

   3)       Barbers, jewelers, textile workers approvals should not be given. Ask employer recruit locals and don’t listen to their association plight. Most of the owners running business 100% depend on foreign worker.  If they want stay in business they have to move forward by using system  or go ground again to do daily basis business not by employing cheap foreigner to run business

      

    4)        New workers age limit should be increased to 50 or abolish the limit follow world trend and not sticking with 20 years policy which currently in practice.

      

    5)     Abolish CLAB. It is licensed outsource agent company run by previous government cronies. Give approvals direct to employers. There is no significant contribution by CLAB to construction industry in Malaysia. Ask Cidbs opinion.Please get back employers feedback too on CLABs services and their monopolies

RERERE HIRING

sorry guys for late posting. This time i really cant give good reason for why i didn't update my blog regularly. to say short all because of my bad time management.
Anyway here is some news that i would like to share with you all.

• Rehiring program going to end this month 30/6/2017.
• Here is the list of an eligable group of illegals who can participate. 

1. a tourist who enter Malaysia before 30/03/2016
2. whoever holding an expired permit. not matter when it expired. including expired year 10th work permit
3.  worker who holding dp10 pass n expired.

• Employer who wish legalize the worker pls pay a vist to immgartion so that you can get full picture
• Don't ever choose myeg as your vendor. choose bukti megah or iman.
• there is no change for workers who exceed the age limit 44. 
• worker who entered after 30/03/2016 contact agent and consult what and how they can help. always there is way when have will
• the rehiring process really a tedious process and definitely will take time. dont ask question cz there is no answer for any progressive question.

I can understand so many people's frustration on how immigration conducting this program even though they have experience running this kind program few time in this decade. there is no venue to complain about myeg. you go myeg they will push you to immigration and vice versa. end of the day employer who has no patient will make myeg share surge more n more. don't ask what happen to your money. you f no right. our immigration director, as usual, will give warning and threaten employers but would never go agents the 3 licensed agents who collecting money but let all work done by immigration officers. As i know ecard, thumbprint, sp, approval, data entry and stiker all do by immigration officers of each state. the three licensed company collect money and do administration job which they get paid handsomely. Nobody even imm director who came from macc also has no gut to questioning them. Don't ever ask why an employer can't go direct deal with immigartion as we knew they the one doing all the job. i can hear you telling somethng but no question pls. i can keep on writing unjustified, corrupted system all day along but do it can give any benefit for you or me? the anser is no.so we learn to follow the flow. 

The 3+1 program also still in force.illegals can go back to their country by paying to cronie company and rm400 to immigration. if do have any quarries pls wats app. i try to help by giving any information that i knew . tq

Almost five months i didn't update my blog and sure some of your guys think i am out of this industry. No at all. i am still in industry and getting busier each month. i wld like to share some info and hope will help you guys.

• Myeg rehiring program still on and the conditions are more flexible now. It would cost you around 5k. Employers do register yourself. The programe expected would continue untill end of this year cz myeg make good money on this. the number of illegal who register in rehiring spike  the day after new imm dg announce that they will confiscate employer properties and freeze bank accnt who hires illegal.

• Nomore manual submission for Dp 10 appilcation . All new application must do throught ESD 

• Iilegal still can go back their countries by paying rm400 compaun. Bangladeshi who wish go back should contact karicom and indonesian Imam Resources. 

• Kdn approval are ongoing. They accepting construction,plantation and manufucturing files. If the company have required document can submit file directly to KDN.No need JCS. Just attach JCS registration  form together. But now mostly menteri signed files only moving. So as usual if want to get kdn quato pls approach kuncu kuncu menteri. 

• Lot of maid employer calling me asking about legalizing their maid.Here is my sincere advice. If you want hire a maid find a maid anywhere and any means. Let her work for few month illegally. Donot worry. But make sure you do basic medical check up each every maid coming into you house in the process. Once you satisfied with the maid then look for agent to legalise. Keeping maid illegally is against law but for current situation we normal people have no option unless u willing to spend thousand of ringgit. Legalising a maid will cost you from 4k to 7k. In this bolehland nothing impossible if you f money.

 Employing foreign workers become costly nowdays . With increasing cost, some industries traditionally depend on foreign worker have to out of the market soon. I can surelly say that almost all mama shops in kl running with illegals. Chinease and Malay food shoops  along time ago practicing this. there is no chances illegal foreign workers problem can be solved . It not easy for new entrepreneur   who  wish to employ foreign worker legally nowadays. Consulate with few manpower ppl before invest in foreign workers intensive business .

Reriching alias Rehiring

hi friends..sorry for  a late blog..here i want to share some information that could help you guys

• Starting 2pm from today, i mean from 21/4/16 all 6p permit can be renewed in myeg like normal renewal up to 10 years. Just go online in myeg and do renewal. As usual the employers who follow rules and send back their workers become idiot of the year. if they do follow my blogs earlier they surely not had made that mistake.
• Now the terms for rehiring process become easier a bit. No kdn interview as said earlier . All process fully handle by immigration. Even the levy can be paid in immigration.
• As what i heard from officers, only  minimum document needed to get approved and they have been told to approve almost all the cases
• Four category people not entitled in rehiring a)blacklisted worker b)workers who blocked by employers c) ppl who entered country illegally (by jalan tikus) d) student visa holder. Any other foreign worker can be registered in rehiring programe. Even a permit holder who intend to change employer also can be register. (this one i am not 100% sure but told by Immigration officer who incharge for this program to me)  
• Bukti Megah doing smooth job in rehiring program. Myeg catching up but their process taking time. 
• Cost still same around rm5000 each worker. register in myeg will cost 1200 then special pass will cost rm900 then levy will coct rm2050 then include medical rm200.
• Dont give agent to do it cz almost all handle by the 3 appointed company and other agents cnt compete with this licenced crony agent.
• Illegals who intend go back home country still can do so by paying compaun rm400 without prosecution.
• Maid not included in rehiring programe.
• 6p permit can be renew through agent in putrajaya too.. 

SOS call announced by employer community through paper to address the shortage of workers in market. As you all aware ppl in putrajaya never worried about economy and only worried about their own position and will do anything to please their stupid bosses. What we can do for now is just pay the amount and get legalize the workers. For worker who want to register themself without working to employer find a trustful Malaysian who can really help. Dont do same mistake as in 6p

Rehiring 2.0

 After one month start of rehiring programme, only 15k illegals registered in online. more interesting news is none of them yet to be confirmed to be legalise. As i know almost every 5 to six years once kdn doing legalise process but still do not understand and learn the market needs and what the right thing should do to solve illegal problem. You know y? cz always politician use this illegal issue to money making scheme

So as stupid rakyat we just need to follow what they decide and go an with what they directed as to do. If not, rules of law will be used on u. They are above law. Come to point, register your illegal workers in rehiring website. The website is user friendly. Pay  around 1200 to each worker then wait myeg come to your place to take thumb print of workers. They will give each a simcard too. Dont ask why they cant use current sim card. the rm 1200 including workers bg and insurance. In the scenario when your worker not eligible in this  rehiring process, the money not refundable and it shows how carrying is our kdn to illegals where by we provide medical benefit event thought the workers are not yet under permit

Next step myeg and consortium will follow up your process in immigration. Immmigration will issue sp to proceed to kdn for eligible workers and sp for sending back  disqualify workers. Whitin the sp expiry myeg and consortium will arrange interview in kdn for employer. Once kdn approve, employer can pay levy and proceed to immigration to bring out calling. This the steps involve in rehiring process as far as i understood.

What should i do? register or no? 

The total cost of legalese illegals in this process would be around rm5000 to 7000. The workers who legalized in this rehiring programme only can work max 5year and most of them eligible for 3 years only.My advice is if your workers are Bangladeshi n working in allowed sectors and if you think your paper requirement can meet to 85% of kdn normal requirement, then you may apply. I dont recommend to source country workers since they can be legalized some sort of way if want  with less cost and can get longer period of working years. this all only my opinion. the market requirement and situation in different for each sector and workers so u must decide is it worth to invest that much money on our workers.

Belakang way and confirm approval scheme not yet start and employer may wait until this kick start. But i think surely will run cz this the reason they create legalisation process. So happy decide..

6p opening up?

Hi..sorry for long break...only today i managed buy new pc after old one damaged.
ya true 6p opening up on 15/2/2016. But this time it will be called as rehiring and not 6p. As normal and expected our beloved ..... government going to come up with ludicrous strategy to legalize illegal.

Until writing time i have little information on how the process going to be. As i said in my earlier post, please wait until KDN announce full process. For Myanmar nationalist the rehiring program conducted by Bukti Megah sdn bhd. A ministers crony company. All employer who intend to legalise their Myanmar worker must go to this company which based in Johor but have sub branches  all over states to register their worker. this company will help do legalisation process with fees. Before the levy high the fees is about rm5800 for each worker complete until sticker.  I have seen this company representative doing the work in immigration daily. Employer may call the manager in charge(Bukti Megah) Regina 0166161491 for further information.

For Indonesian they must go to Iman Resources to do legalisation. But i have little information how they conducting the process. Apart from this two companies other nationalities fate most probably would fall under MYeg and consortium. All of them minister level networked foreign worker agents. Their main propose is to make money by creating system in the name of helping government to legalize illegal. But i am sure the fees also will be around rm6k.  Surprisingly other day minister mention about legalize in online without paying middle man which give some hope for thousand of workers who earning less than 1500 a month.

Now government and cronies take advantage on vulnerable migrant workers to make money because they have less money in gov coffer to enjoy like previous years. Workers are the last victim cz almost all employer will touch the workers salary to cover legalization fees.

From previous experience i want give some advice's for workers and employers  who intend participate in rehiring process

• Please wait and collect some information before start to go register because normally the fees will be high for few weeks until the market correct itself later part
• Dont ever give full money to agent. please collect ic photocopy of agent if you want to give agent to run for you becaus there is so many cheating cases in previous legalization process.
• For worker who intend to be independent than employer,  find reliable employer which you personally know. If you dnt have one, consulate with good friend which have more experience hence been in malaysia for long
• Make sure medically fit before start register
• Start apply passport now in embassy if dont have one
• check worker status in immigration in online under https://eservices.imi.gov.my/myimms/VPAStslng
• Be aware if agent offer something other agents said impossible to do.

6p renewals

hi..everyone... as everybody knows the second phase of 6p likely legalization failed to be implemented cz of various internal problems. The main couse of failure is cz no parties sincerely want to end illegals problem in country but want make money out of it. Myeg miserably failed to start even thought initially they got license to do legalization process. Now the company under investigation for subcontracting the job given to them. So now the legalization topics put in hold literally.

Now 6p renewals become hot topics among agent since the legislation process didn't take place as anticipated. For your information the 6p renewals going on (all sector) in putrajaya and jalan duta immigration with condition must get approval from kdn minister. there is the trick..you must get minister sign and how many of you can meet minister? so as usual all employer must seek cable kuat agents who will help you get sign from minister. of course for money. this money which you going to pay agent can categories as donation to political parties in company audit record. the charges ranges from rm1000 to rm1500 per person.

I can understand your peoples plight but i couldn't do anything. only employers who has real balls with them could do something. But as we know most of employer or business people don't want to get in trouble and willing to pay the amount. For workers who f no employer better find agent and do renewal as soon as possible. we wouldn't know what going happen in cumming month cz thousand of 6p renewal will kick start. as usual then only minister will announce something catchy.

REHIRING

I received so many calls and inquiries regarding  legalization for past two weeks. Frankly i am too have no answer when it going to start and how they going to be. i only share what i heard from so called industry players. it might be wrong info. So i strongly emphasis employers and employees to follow up with official newses from kdn through out main newspaper rather than agent.

If they do start the legalization process, kdn would give ample time to do . So no need to rush pay agent. Agents collecting money so that the client wont run to another agent if legalization kick off. That their business strategy.

According my source, this time it wont be like legalisation process as done in 2011. As we already know whole cake want to be eaten by crony company and that not going to be that easy. Myeg may loose the contract and dominance. Most probably rehiring process will be start whereby workers who entered country in work permit and overstayed will be given chance to be renew by paying minimum compaun.

Illegals who have no document and entered country in social visa would have to leave country and can be rehire back. They will no blacklist or cooling period to rehire them back.
Iman Resoucer will handle Indonesian and bukti megah will handle mynmar nationalities. this two company controlled by ministers crony. Other nationalities maybe process by myeg.

However all this still in discussion and nobody sure how this time kdn going to do legalisation process.My advice is just wait for official announcement and take step after get clear picture. Many fraud agent waiting to make quick money out of this and please dont loose your hard earn money by paying them earlier. i will update my posting once i get more information.

New News

Hi..new news in the town again about legalization..Its almost certain that amnesty and legalization going to take place in coming October. Few company already appointed to do register illegals and few more company under processing . So far Myeg and Imam Resources confirmed receive letter from immigration to conduct illegal registration. But i am still unsure  detail of how this time the process of legalization going to b worked out. This time all crony companies going to concur whole process and left normal agent  beg to them. Just wait for official announcement from KDN which expected middle of this month

Employers should have take this opportunities to legalise their workers. Government need levy money to pay 1MDB interest which said to be 4 million everyday.In last legalization gov managed to collect around rm 1b levy from employers.

I will update regularly once i get full detail of legalization .

Rohinya

From earlier this month, rohinya and Bangladeshi refugees issue getting hot in media. This issue still ongoing without much solution even getting worse cz refugees use Malaysian warm welcome as invitation now. Most of the agent who involve in human trafficking is their own nationalities. Mynmar agent are the most and  killing spare of mynmar nationalities in northan state earlier this year shows how lucrative the business is for them.

i really salute Malay mail  journalist who expose this in Malaysia after they do their own investigation. its really laughable statement given by our igp and deputy home minister on this issue. Cristal clearly showing their mentality and  their style of management.  This way of  human trafficking already exits since our economy getting better after slowdown. All northen police in the boarding  clearly aware and no one can deny this fact. Most of senior officers living luxury and if don't believe just go see how big their house is.


malaysian went down to tier 3 i human trafficking. it means we are same with third world countries..European union may not favour doing business with malaysia if this continue but nobody in government worried about that nowadays

Come to business..now renewal of foreign worker must do in myeg as everbody knows. Staring most probably next week, calling visa too must apply through online after this. Company named Fwcms would handle this process. pls don't ask me whose company is this..

by next week employer who going to employ worker from India, Indonesia,Bangladesh and Philippine need to get clearance certificate in VOS centre. A well connected company undertake this project which will end up worker pay around rm100 to get this . worker need to go VOS centre to apply and will out in three days. the worker need to collect himself. so particular worker need to stay around VOS center for minimum 3 days. calling visa only can out after this certificate issued..


by the way, freed sector renewal going smoothly with help of agent..As i said in earlier my blog whoever follow rules in malaysia will end up as loser in the end. So dont ever worry renewal by next year..confirmly will be renewed although sticker shows last extension chop now.

Late but latest

Its been too long i didn't sit in front of computer to blog..So many quarries  pouring to mymail everyday and i am sorry if i didn't reply some. i would like share some info that usally people asking me in quetion anser way.

1. Can my freezed sector 6p permit renewable?

Free-zed service sector permit cant be renew if go straight to immigration or by Myeg as you all know. But it can be renewed if you go through influential agent. I mean by cable kuat agent who can get sign from minister. There is group doing this. however it will be costly since most of permit expired. There is another hope also in Jalan duta immigration. Please refer to credible agent there and i am not liable if you people loose money to any agent. I can understand your plight but what we can do when we vote for brainless people to manage country.

2. Should i go to myeg or direct immigration to renew my workers permit

If you have a lot of passports to renew, better you do it in immigration cz it cost effective for you. but if you have less than 30 workers, i suggest do it in myeg. There is speculation starting on may onward the rm38 service charge will be excluded. if you holding double paspport dont ever do in myeg .

3. I have a worker in malaysia but his visit pass expired. can i employ him?
 By legally this cant be done unless you have strong cable to get Jp visa from KP(directr general). But almost all agent will promise that can be legalise. Yup there is loophole in immigration system to legalise them but it not that easy and depend on country of origin. if you want to do it please choose a reliable agent.

4.is amnesty still on?

Yup amenesty still ongoing..anyone who overstay and wish to go back can do by paying compaun rm400 in immigration enforcement department. no jail but will be blacklisted for 5 years. indonesian pls go to Imam resources in sri rampai cz there are special.

5.i want to hire indonesian maid. she alrdy her in social visa. how to go about this?

No more jp visa for Indonesian maid if you go directly. You should use capable cable agent to do jp and definitely will cos you double.   you have to go through licensed  agent if you want to bring in maid from Indonesia in  permit. No more direct hire .you have no choice than pay quoted amount by agent even the maid is yours.

Bad n good

Lot of legal worker going be illegal soon since the renewal process become really headache for most of employers. Myeg now become self made immigration and teaching employers about law but they don't realise they have no right interfering law matter involving workers.

So many complain thrown to Myeg but it seems doesnt work cz of political influence. This year no doubt myeg  will make few millionaire among our politician and top level kdn official. If any media dares pls go watch and record what happening in myeg centre in bandar utama. everyday employers expressing their anger towards the myeg officers who doesnt know how they operate . all of them make empty promises and certainly dont wan write down the promises they giving by mouth.

end of the year the registered worker will b less than what we have now and the illegals  definitely will b triple in quantity. as usual government who loose money and nobody bothered about this.

Amnesty alrdy open back. illegals can go back to home country by paying 400 compound without prosecuted. can go neareast immigration department and it on untill end of this year. as usual Indonesian have to go throught immam resources a private enterprise company which will charge rm800 for the same procedure. please dont ask why the double treatment for Indonesian. only menteri and cronies only know the best reasons doing so.

MYEG Fiasco

lot of employer now in confuse state about their foreign workers renewal procedure since immigration department closing their counter for renewal service starting  5/12/14.

Now all employer should register in MYEG a private company to do renewal as compulsory procedure whereby each passport will be charged service charge rm 38 excluding bank gurantee and insurans. Employers also have to buy bank gurantee and insurans from MYEG which indirectly this umno linked company  make money .

No option for employer even big scale employer such as Felda, Sime Darby, Clab also have to engage myeg service for their workers renewal and pay the amount. I can tell that this the most stupidity move by kdn in recent years. All must thank to minister of stupidity in this bolehland.

This high level monopoly of foreign worker industry started and playing by corrupted so called national leaders thinking that the employers in Malaysia have no balls.

My suggestion is all employers should boycot Myeg and dont ever seek myeg service until immigration open their service counter. The service must be optional and not be compulsory. Immigration have no capability to arrest 2.2m registered foreign worker in this country if all employer decide to boycott.

To illegals,  the amnesty period is over and enforcement department no more accepting new cases. they only clearing backlogs now.

End year reminder

My blog followers knew how exactly   i predicted what will happen on 6p renewal 3 months back. So whosoever had followed earlier instruction and cancelled their 6p permit not able to renew it. In malaysia you dnt follow instruction first. Cz people in charge always correctly misunderstand markets needs and logic behind it. Easily revert their own instruction.

Lot of people still confuse which sector allowed to renew and not..here is the list

 a)Restaurant  b)Cleaning Service  c)Spa  d)Reflexology  e)hotel f)Tourist island g)caddy/ golf

other than ths sector cant be renewed and should make arrangement to leave the country before permit expiry. Dont ever ask why other sector cant cz people inside kdn who decide also dnt have idea on it.

ya i understand people plight...My advice for other sector renewal is ..just wait another couple of week. I hope our kdn ministry kind hearth ed and will sign for extension.

Amnesty ending on 31st December..  as usual last minute crowd unbearable in putrajaya. New immigration director already ask enforcement team in standby mood to launch big scale crackdown on illegal after amnesty.

Employers pls do renewal as early as can cz  nowdays immigration system always go vacation instead of officers.

SAD NEWS

Sorry guys for late reply and late artical. Lot of things happen in past two months and i would like to update the latest news as u all anticipating. On 2nd December a memo already out in putrajaya immigration  saying  no extension for 6p permit which mostly will end by April next year.

My prediction as earlier didn't come true. Even thought the memo out, still lot of agents and employers hope they will be uturn on this decision cz its normal in msia

It is thought time for employer who want keep the talented worker under their seat especially bangladesh workers cz there is no new work permit issuing for them. Only option now  is dp10 but even now that also become difficult to apply since ESD system launched.

Nowdays lot of migrant workers can access internet and get information on current issues affecting them in msia. But as usual none of them can benefit with information provided by our human ministery and home ministry in their website because for them foreign workers all bunch of illiterate.

Employers... pls get ready to replace your 6p workers with new workers. one more sad news is , employer not entitled to get replacement quota to the worker who out in 6p permit. Need go throu JCS procedure to get KDN quota.

Lot of immigration staff irritated with home ministry speech on Immigration day but as gov staff they keep quite cz they never ever  voice out like most malaysian. We are trained since small to dnt ask question attitude and obey all the order attitude.

For whom are overstayed, pls use current amnesty period to go back home. Only pay rm400 dnt more and i expecting huge crowd in cumming week.

6p Renewal

Lot of employers still don't aware that their 6p workers permit cannot be renewed. Coming months the presure between employer and workers would go high and then only kdn will announce something. As i use to tell, people in kdn who handle foreign worker have zero knowledge about manpower market in country. They only work and act after a issue pop up by media or influenced employer. So we have to wait until then. But i strongly advice employer to have plan B for their manpower needs in case to replace current workers

Amnesty going well and few crony company make money by claiming they are legalized agent to send back illegals. Bangladeshi worker who coming in dp10 visa facing so many hurdle in home country before  boarding flight to malaysia. KDN approvals now going on in smooth after few week delays.

Time bom

Lot of people maybe still remember how the Bangladeshi workers came in to Malaysia in 2006 to 2007 and how they exploited by agents. Lot of them sleep few weeks in airport and left in roadside and jungle cause no employer want them. hundred of them went back and thousand of them have no choices stay back in Malaysia and works for minimum wages. Situation get worst that time cause of economy slowdown faced by Malaysia from 2007 to 2009..after economy pick up from 2010 onwards , this workers managed to find suitable job and earn little bit extra. and 6p help them to be legalized to employer they preferred. this is history

I think history going to repeat soon. But this time not only Bagladesh but other nation too going to face similar situation. So many kdn approvals out in last 6 months enough  to flood job market until local feel the pinch.i anticipate, if economy slowdown in next few months, a big problem waiting to happen in Malaysia. Hope kdn ready for that.

Back to business, the amnesty still going on smoothly after few flaw back. For  Indonesian, amnesty handled by company called imam resources. Its shameful, a big kdn project handled by a enterprise company with so many questionable procedures. for other nationals, please go to nearest immigration to go back home safely.  

6P renewals for the 4th year still in limbo. So far circular only came out for 6p maid renewals whereby they are allowed to extend up to 10 years. So far kdn still stub to renew and still stick to maximum 3 years as stated in 6p approvals. But i strongly believe, want or not kdn have no option than open up. Dont ever believe and loose money  if anybody said 6p 4th year renewals can be done.

For employers who so long depend other 3rd party to handle their manpower needs now time to employ own workers to less their problem. Please watts app or call me if do have any quarries related to kdn approvals and immigration procedures.

HAPPY NEWS (AMNESTY)

All illegals now can go back their own country by paying compound rm400. No jail and can be done at all state immigration department. This amnesty program extended until end of this year and i strongly urge everyone take this opportunity. But as usual the crowd is unbearable cause people queue from early morning since this amnesty open up.

If this program open up two months back it would have safe around 100 people life who killed in boat tragedy. Hope next year KDN address this issue earlier so that can reduce the casualties. 
 Kdn not yet announce wheresoever  6p permit can be renewable or not for another year and i think as usual decision will taken after powerful employer make noise .  By then few thousand permit will be expired and as usual employer have to find proper agent to do it. This kind scenario repeating and repeating all the way and i am pretty sure will happen this time too

For maid , i heard circular already come out saying 6p maid permit can be renewable for 10 years. Hope same will happen for other workers as soon as possible so that employer can make their decision on manpower issue affecting their company. In Malaysia, officer in charge who making decision matter related to manpower have no idea about business and know the effect of their decision.
