End year reminder

My blog followers knew how exactly   i predicted what will happen on 6p renewal 3 months back. So whosoever had followed earlier instruction and cancelled their 6p permit not able to renew it. In malaysia you dnt follow instruction first. Cz people in charge always correctly misunderstand markets needs and logic behind it. Easily revert their own instruction.

Lot of people still confuse which sector allowed to renew and not..here is the list

Sector that can be renewed for 4th year 6p
 1)Manufucturing
2)construction
3)plantation
4)Service
 a)Restaurant  b)Cleaning Service  c)Spa  d)Reflexology  e)hotel f)Tourist island g)caddy/ golf

other than ths sector cant be renewed and should make arrangement to leave the country before permit expiry. Dont ever ask why other sector cant cz people inside kdn who decide also dnt have idea on it.

ya i understand people plight...My advice for other sector renewal is ..just wait another couple of week. I hope our kdn ministry kind hearth ed and will sign for extension.

Amnesty ending on 31st December..  as usual last minute crowd unbearable in putrajaya. New immigration director already ask enforcement team in standby mood to launch big scale crackdown on illegal after amnesty.

Employers pls do renewal as early as can cz  nowdays immigration system always go vacation instead of officers.

SAD NEWS

Sorry guys for late reply and late artical. Lot of things happen in past two months and i would like to update the latest news as u all anticipating. On 2nd December a memo already out in putrajaya immigration  saying  no extension for 6p permit which mostly will end by April next year.

My prediction as earlier didn't come true. Even thought the memo out, still lot of agents and employers hope they will be uturn on this decision cz its normal in msia

It is thought time for employer who want keep the talented worker under their seat especially bangladesh workers cz there is no new work permit issuing for them. Only option now  is dp10 but even now that also become difficult to apply since ESD system launched.

Nowdays lot of migrant workers can access internet and get information on current issues affecting them in msia. But as usual none of them can benefit with information provided by our human ministery and home ministry in their website because for them foreign workers all bunch of illiterate.

Employers... pls get ready to replace your 6p workers with new workers. one more sad news is , employer not entitled to get replacement quota to the worker who out in 6p permit. Need go throu JCS procedure to get KDN quota.

Lot of immigration staff irritated with home ministry speech on Immigration day but as gov staff they keep quite cz they never ever  voice out like most malaysian. We are trained since small to dnt ask question attitude and obey all the order attitude.

For whom are overstayed, pls use current amnesty period to go back home. Only pay rm400 dnt more and i expecting huge crowd in cumming week.

6p Renewal

Lot of employers still don't aware that their 6p workers permit cannot be renewed. Coming months the presure between employer and workers would go high and then only kdn will announce something. As i use to tell, people in kdn who handle foreign worker have zero knowledge about manpower market in country. They only work and act after a issue pop up by media or influenced employer. So we have to wait until then. But i strongly advice employer to have plan B for their manpower needs in case to replace current workers

Amnesty going well and few crony company make money by claiming they are legalized agent to send back illegals. Bangladeshi worker who coming in dp10 visa facing so many hurdle in home country before  boarding flight to malaysia. KDN approvals now going on in smooth after few week delays.

Time bom

Lot of people maybe still remember how the Bangladeshi workers came in to Malaysia in 2006 to 2007 and how they exploited by agents. Lot of them sleep few weeks in airport and left in roadside and jungle cause no employer want them. hundred of them went back and thousand of them have no choices stay back in Malaysia and works for minimum wages. Situation get worst that time cause of economy slowdown faced by Malaysia from 2007 to 2009..after economy pick up from 2010 onwards , this workers managed to find suitable job and earn little bit extra. and 6p help them to be legalized to employer they preferred. this is history

I think history going to repeat soon. But this time not only Bagladesh but other nation too going to face similar situation. So many kdn approvals out in last 6 months enough  to flood job market until local feel the pinch.i anticipate, if economy slowdown in next few months, a big problem waiting to happen in Malaysia. Hope kdn ready for that.

Back to business, the amnesty still going on smoothly after few flaw back. For  Indonesian, amnesty handled by company called imam resources. Its shameful, a big kdn project handled by a enterprise company with so many questionable procedures. for other nationals, please go to nearest immigration to go back home safely.  

6P renewals for the 4th year still in limbo. So far circular only came out for 6p maid renewals whereby they are allowed to extend up to 10 years. So far kdn still stub to renew and still stick to maximum 3 years as stated in 6p approvals. But i strongly believe, want or not kdn have no option than open up. Dont ever believe and loose money  if anybody said 6p 4th year renewals can be done.

For employers who so long depend other 3rd party to handle their manpower needs now time to employ own workers to less their problem. Please watts app or call me if do have any quarries related to kdn approvals and immigration procedures.

HAPPY NEWS (AMNESTY)

All illegals now can go back their own country by paying compound rm400. No jail and can be done at all state immigration department. This amnesty program extended until end of this year and i strongly urge everyone take this opportunity. But as usual the crowd is unbearable cause people queue from early morning since this amnesty open up.

If this program open up two months back it would have safe around 100 people life who killed in boat tragedy. Hope next year KDN address this issue earlier so that can reduce the casualties. 
 Kdn not yet announce wheresoever  6p permit can be renewable or not for another year and i think as usual decision will taken after powerful employer make noise .  By then few thousand permit will be expired and as usual employer have to find proper agent to do it. This kind scenario repeating and repeating all the way and i am pretty sure will happen this time too

For maid , i heard circular already come out saying 6p maid permit can be renewable for 10 years. Hope same will happen for other workers as soon as possible so that employer can make their decision on manpower issue affecting their company. In Malaysia, officer in charge who making decision matter related to manpower have no idea about business and know the effect of their decision. That why so many agent thrive in this business where red tape and bureaucracy high

Raya make kaya

Agents are start collecting files for kdn approvals after two months break. Their main reason is Hari raya coming and project will start for that. There is hope. Bangla semi skills approval going on well cause it dosent require approval from kdn. Gantian Kdn approvals also going on after one month stop.

Last month the boat tragedy took about 40 indonesian people life because of our botched immigrant management system. Everybody knew that  indonesian illegal will find way go back their country to celebrate raya and every year this kind tragedy happen but no action taken to solve it properly because the dead is poor people and not like people in MH370. Next year also will happen and we will read as usual news cause for us it wont bring any pain. Just imagine how the family and relative will bear this in holy month expecting raya ?

Last week some reshuffle take place in kdn foreign worker department resulting no new approvals out.  I would say employer who got approvals before are lucky enough cause lot of files still pending inside even Menteri already sign in. please feel free contact me if readers have any question regarding kdn approvals

Kdn still giving letter of approval for 6p service sector renewal but it takes two months to out. So i advice employer to apply apeal leteer as soon as possible. I still don't have the answer whether 6p permit can be renewed for 4t year or not. This is a really million dollar question because a good plan can bring in million of ringgit income to top officers.

i heard there is few company already start up to collect money for legalization process and member of public watts app me one of the  office which operate in kelana jaya near by immigration office. their office really look like mini immigration equip with thump print machine and number system. my advice is don't ever give money to any legalization process cause as far as i knew there is no opening for that yet.

For overstay people who wish to back home can get help from their respective embassy or agent.

Bangladesh mari

All Bangladesh agent now gearing up to bring in Bangladesh worker since news broke out that Bangladesh approval soon going to come out. History repeating if that happen and i am sure this time top level people will make sure 100% they control the market and flow of money.

New kdn approval for source country still cumin gout without any problem .  Human resource ministries function fully take over by kdn unofficially.  I really wonder where this country heading to and scared to think about of my children's future . I have no choice other than follow this trend and make my bug before late.

Million dollar question is whether 6p permits can be renew for 4th renewal or not...anything can be happen and I advice employer get prepare to substitute the workers in need send back all the 6p workers.

First type myimm service in google.  Then select myimm service. Then insert passport num n country. Your status will shown. If it's written no record it means your data is not in immigration and u might be holding fake permit

KDN APPROVAL

In next two months of time KLIA airport and Lcct going to be very busy with arrival of thousand of workers and it going to be like 2007 where lot of bangla workers strandered without food and job. it because nowdays kdn approval come out easily and lot of agent use this for bring in workers that they not required.

For employer this is right time to get kdn approval to recruit foreign worker cause for past 3 years its really hard to get this approvals. i can assist employer to get this approvals and feel free contact me if need more information. • As i said in my earier artical, 6p service sector renewal can be done by applying appeal letter to kdn before expiry. 
• It is true that bangla workers cumming in to country via dp10 approvals.
• New 6p approvals also still cumming out in kdn even said officialy stoped.
• Overstayed people can ask respective embassy to help them in paying compaun and deport.
• JP visa not open yet for maid application.                                                                                                                                         

6P Renewals and ......

Starting this month and next  2 months immigration department all the state will be crowded by employer who busy renewing their  workers work permit..mostly  6P cause this is the peak time 6P approvals came out last year. There is few issue i want share with readers and please take this as added information and don't ever trust 100% my information cz as you know the procedure/law will be changed anytime and only correct  when the time i write

*6P renewal for service sector other than cleaning service and restoran limited for 2 years only but you can apply appeal letter to kdn for extension. Putrajaya immigration just received the memo from kdn last week . I think this is not practical and soon will be open..i recommend employer to be patient and get update from immigration on this matter

*People who overstay in Malaysia now have to face hard time cause enforcement department taking firm action. All the cases referred  to DPP for action even if you voluntarily surrendered. Lot of people get caught in immigration itself for overstaying.

*JP visa for Indonesian maid stopped and its really difficult to bring in Indonesian maid in calling visa. No one now fully know the procedure to bring in Indonesian maid in proper way even maid agency .

*Please visit immigration to renew your workers work permit earlier to avoid last minute tension. 

*No information on i card even thought everyday paper publishing article on it. I am really
 pity for immigration staff who sitting in information counter cause they have no answer for public query on i card.
