New News

Hi..new news in the town again about legalization..Its almost certain that amnesty and legalization going to take place in coming October. Few company already appointed to do register illegals and few more company under processing . So far Myeg and Imam Resources confirmed receive letter from immigration to conduct illegal registration. But i am still unsure  detail of how this time the process of legalization going to b worked out. This time all crony companies going to concur whole process and left normal agent  beg to them. Just wait for official announcement from KDN which expected middle of this month

Employers should have take this opportunities to legalise their workers. Government need levy money to pay 1MDB interest which said to be 4 million everyday.In last legalization gov managed to collect around rm 1b levy from employers.

I will update regularly once i get full detail of legalization .

    Thanks for the update! What about this so called (RECOP) is it the same as 6p only changed the name?

    And how can we register for legalization?

    PETALING JAYA: The 6P amnesty programme for foreign workers concluded last year, with no new intakes, said Immigration director-general Datuk Mustafa Ibrahim.

    He said there were some irresponsible parties advertising that they were still conducting the programme on the department’s behest.

    “In the first place, the government never authorised any other party to conduct the programme besides us.

    “We discovered that there were many companies advertising fake 6P programmes on social media lately.

    “They are trying to take advantage of employers,” he said in a statement on Monday.

    He also reminded employers and agencies not to fall into the scam.

    “Let me be clear, the programme ended in 2014. So far, the government has not decided to replace it with any alternative programme.

    “Log in to our official website for the legitimate information on the matter,” he said. The public can visit www.imi.gov.my.

    A total of 521,734 illegal immigrants had registered under the programme, and they were given working permits of between two and three years, depending on the sectors.

    The 6P programme was implemented in 2011 to reduce the population of illegal immigrants.

    I need lil info that if overstay person get the multiple entry visa so they can go back to their country and later will be allowed to come again in malaysia! Like there will be no objection to come again in malaysia on that visa!

      How about the Bangladeshi ? Do you have any idea or have any information about the legalization of Bangladeshi people who are here in Malaysia without any documents and is there any option that who can be legal or who can't...? plz sir update me it will be helpful for me

      Yes.bangladesh can apply,only indonesian & myanmar cannot. This program is Legali 6p so without document also can apply
