As i stated in my previous posting, KDN policies will change overnight and its b true in the case deepavli offer that i mention in my past post..the offer reversed on 6/10/11 and all illegal intend to go back home have to pay compound staring 6/10.
All employer who registered their illegal in 6P process must go through JCS . through past 3 weeks only hand full employer register their self in JCS and i am sure they wouldn't b much changes in cumming week.
Anaother bad news is, only 3 sub sectors allowed in service sector..Restaurant, cleaning service and workers in resort are entitled to legalise..Bangladeshi workers allowed and maid cant b legalised as follow current instruction from KDN
As usual KDN will overturn their policies in overnight and therefor most of employer not worried that much.
Almost all immigration officer in putrajaya which dealing with 6P programme fed up with KDN polices because they have hard time to explain to public every time they change policies.
I really feel sad to my client situation...most of them eager to legalise their workers and if v follow current situation i am doubtful abt that. any way as usual we follow our natural theory wait n c
Does paying compound also include those illegal immigrants not yet registered in 6P? do you have any idea how much that compound cost? Are they going to be imprisoned till immigration department prepare their documents and deport them, or they an leave by themselves? duration of this offer? thank you
