lot of people confuse with the article and i received some calls regarding this...now second phase of legalisation going on..after this legalisation process they wil b big size exercise will carried out to crackdown illegals.
.in this exercise illegal who not legalised in 2nd phase eventhogh they registered earlier will b hunted.
i estimate only abt 100k illegals can be legalised if follow current procedure and other will b sent back.
there is no second round of illegal registration and amnesty will given out for them to goback home country after 2nd phase of 6P over..so there is a 2nd chances to illegal to go back home without going trial or imprisonment.
anyhow constantly changing KDN rules make a lot people in confusion..and i advice them to always follow up news and clarify in nearest immigration
