From above press release, few important things we should give attention
A) Submission for legalisation must go through the same company you registered
B) All submission files would go through same process as current procedure
means must get JCS before approved by KDN
We knows allmost all employer have inadequate documents and have less chances if go through current procedure. In last meeting few companies already raised the feares to KDN and sadly we receive disappointed anser from KDN side cause they have to depend on KSM(kementerian sumber manusia) in this matter
to all my client, starting cumming Monday we going to collect all necessary documents for submission. your kindly cooperation highly appreciated and i will follow up each cases until all worker legalised.
