Agents are start collecting files for kdn approvals after two months break. Their main reason is Hari raya coming and project will start for that. There is hope. Bangla semi skills approval going on well cause it dosent require approval from kdn. Gantian Kdn approvals also going on after one month stop.

Last month the boat tragedy took about 40 indonesian people life because of our botched immigrant management system. Everybody knew that  indonesian illegal will find way go back their country to celebrate raya and every year this kind tragedy happen but no action taken to solve it properly because the dead is poor people and not like people in MH370. Next year also will happen and we will read as usual news cause for us it wont bring any pain. Just imagine how the family and relative will bear this in holy month expecting raya ?

Last week some reshuffle take place in kdn foreign worker department resulting no new approvals out.  I would say employer who got approvals before are lucky enough cause lot of files still pending inside even Menteri already sign in. please feel free contact me if readers have any question regarding kdn approvals

Kdn still giving letter of approval for 6p service sector renewal but it takes two months to out. So i advice employer to apply apeal leteer as soon as possible. I still don't have the answer whether 6p permit can be renewed for 4t year or not. This is a really million dollar question because a good plan can bring in million of ringgit income to top officers.

i heard there is few company already start up to collect money for legalization process and member of public watts app me one of the  office which operate in kelana jaya near by immigration office. their office really look like mini immigration equip with thump print machine and number system. my advice is don't ever give money to any legalization process cause as far as i knew there is no opening for that yet.

For overstay people who wish to back home can get help from their respective embassy or agent.

Bangladesh mari

All Bangladesh agent now gearing up to bring in Bangladesh worker since news broke out that Bangladesh approval soon going to come out. History repeating if that happen and i am sure this time top level people will make sure 100% they control the market and flow of money.

New kdn approval for source country still cumin gout without any problem .  Human resource ministries function fully take over by kdn unofficially.  I really wonder where this country heading to and scared to think about of my children's future . I have no choice other than follow this trend and make my bug before late.

Million dollar question is whether 6p permits can be renew for 4th renewal or not...anything can be happen and I advice employer get prepare to substitute the workers in need send back all the 6p workers.

First type myimm service in google.  Then select myimm service. Then insert passport num n country. Your status will shown. If it's written no record it means your data is not in immigration and u might be holding fake permit

KDN APPROVAL

In next two months of time KLIA airport and Lcct going to be very busy with arrival of thousand of workers and it going to be like 2007 where lot of bangla workers strandered without food and job. it because nowdays kdn approval come out easily and lot of agent use this for bring in workers that they not required.

For employer this is right time to get kdn approval to recruit foreign worker cause for past 3 years its really hard to get this approvals. i can assist employer to get this approvals and feel free contact me if need more information. • As i said in my earier artical, 6p service sector renewal can be done by applying appeal letter to kdn before expiry. 
• It is true that bangla workers cumming in to country via dp10 approvals.
• New 6p approvals also still cumming out in kdn even said officialy stoped.
• Overstayed people can ask respective embassy to help them in paying compaun and deport.
• JP visa not open yet for maid application.                                                                                                                                         

6P Renewals and ......

Starting this month and next  2 months immigration department all the state will be crowded by employer who busy renewing their  workers work permit..mostly  6P cause this is the peak time 6P approvals came out last year. There is few issue i want share with readers and please take this as added information and don't ever trust 100% my information cz as you know the procedure/law will be changed anytime and only correct  when the time i write

*6P renewal for service sector other than cleaning service and restoran limited for 2 years only but you can apply appeal letter to kdn for extension. Putrajaya immigration just received the memo from kdn last week . I think this is not practical and soon will be open..i recommend employer to be patient and get update from immigration on this matter

*People who overstay in Malaysia now have to face hard time cause enforcement department taking firm action. All the cases referred  to DPP for action even if you voluntarily surrendered. Lot of people get caught in immigration itself for overstaying.

*JP visa for Indonesian maid stopped and its really difficult to bring in Indonesian maid in calling visa. No one now fully know the procedure to bring in Indonesian maid in proper way even maid agency .

*Please visit immigration to renew your workers work permit earlier to avoid last minute tension. 

*No information on i card even thought everyday paper publishing article on it. I am really
 pity for immigration staff who sitting in information counter cause they have no answer for public query on i card.

TRUE ENOUGHT TO BELIEVE

 Kdn now accept current police report and and i advice employer take this chance to legalise their worker. Not much employer seen in kdn cz i think most of problematic cases already solved or the workers might have  been  return to their country. Lot of employer still hope there will be a jalan to legalise their unregistered worker.

Last week four immigration officers held in KLIA by SPRM  follow up by berita harian exclusive report about people smuggling syndicate operating in klia.

Here I give some information that I know about this program which constantly people call and ask in question answer format

1)      Can employer register their illegal workers again to get valid permit?

No. this program only for those employers which get cheated by agent when kdn run 6p legalization program from August  2011 to july 2102.

2)      What is required document needed if I got worker who already registered in 6p but still not legalized?

Two major requirement   :Employer must have police report which should have been made from 1 september to 10 september 2013 stating the reason .Current report  not acceptable. Must have 6P slip under employer’s name.

3)      I didn’t legalise my worker cause embasy late issuing passport. I didn’t make any police report on that. So can I use this opportunity?

Kdn officers will look into every problem since every employer facing different kind of problems. They will give chance if can explain with enough evidence that employer has taken right step to legalize but couldn’t made on time

4)      I am worker and I already made police report saying my agent cheat me. Can I get legalized?

Pity thing is a victim (illegal worker) not allowed to liaise himself with kdn on this matter since it under general working permit and not a expatriate. The employer should take step bring this issue to kdn .

5)      I got ap out in my company but I didn’t do levy payment on the time. Can I pay now?

Its go by case by case and must explain why didn’t pay on the time

6)      Will 6p be open again?
