 Kdn now accept current police report and and i advice employer take this chance to legalise their worker. Not much employer seen in kdn cz i think most of problematic cases already solved or the workers might have  been  return to their country. Lot of employer still hope there will be a jalan to legalise their unregistered worker.

Here I give some information that I know about this program which constantly people call and ask in question answer format

1)      Can employer register their illegal workers again to get valid permit?

No. this program only for those employers which get cheated by agent when kdn run 6p legalization program from August  2011 to july 2102.

2)      What is required document needed if I got worker who already registered in 6p but still not legalized?

Two major requirement   :Employer must have police report which should have been made from 1 september to 10 september 2013 stating the reason .Current report  not acceptable. Must have 6P slip under employer’s name.

3)      I didn’t legalise my worker cause embasy late issuing passport. I didn’t make any police report on that. So can I use this opportunity?

Kdn officers will look into every problem since every employer facing different kind of problems. They will give chance if can explain with enough evidence that employer has taken right step to legalize but couldn’t made on time

4)      I am worker and I already made police report saying my agent cheat me. Can I get legalized?

Pity thing is a victim (illegal worker) not allowed to liaise himself with kdn on this matter since it under general working permit and not a expatriate. The employer should take step bring this issue to kdn .

5)      I got ap out in my company but I didn’t do levy payment on the time. Can I pay now?

Its go by case by case and must explain why didn’t pay on the time

6)      Will 6p be open again?

Irene Fernendez wrote a good artical(above) and i really salute her voluntary work . She clearly indicate the messes and problems created by 6p and the endless speculation on it. All now waiting for minister announcement on 15th or 21th which nobody knows when exactly and what exactly going to be done.

From what i get know icard going to be issued to all foreigner according to their working sector. This icard project  has been done before in 2007 and as usual it failed  after swallow million ringgit and wasted immigration workforces time and energy. No auditt report for this from audit department on that year and i guest every year audit report only reporting small portion wastage in government spending.

First of all even police still cant check our driving license through our so called multifunction ic all the time cause police normally don’t carry the reading device. So how they going to check the workers icard? Which company going supply reading device for police and immigration? How the every year renewal going be sorted in this icard? I still looking  answer for so many practical question.

Just watch.....exactly after two year, icard will comfirmly will be failure project and i am dare to put my bet on it

Coming Back Again

Almost after a year absence, the time to continue my blog is back since the talk to start 6P regaining again. Every one in manpower industrie geting ready to 2nd 6p process which no one know how, when and who going to conduct this time regulated scam.
 Here is my few advices to employer who wish and put hope for it

-Just wait until our kdn minister announce it officially.
- dnt ever pay to any so called agent
-pls handover pasport(eventhought it has no valid permit)to immigration officer in charge in depo or police if your worker get caught in operasi 6p which immigration carying out nationwide now
- this because it will be realy hard to send back illegal if they have no passport in hand. Few hundred illegal strandered in our depo for years cause immigration couldnt determine the nationality of the detainee and the particular goverment do not want accept citizen without proper document
-now illegal who intend to go back need to pay full amount of compaun in immigration however no jail for them

Since starting of 6P i already mention where the wrong begin. its begin when incompatible people given top post and the ignorance of KDN didn't listening ground people plight. if it handled by immigration itself like in1996, i think by now almost all workers will be legalised. It will be win win situation between employer, workers and government if it conducted like those time. But sadly top people in KDN took charge without having basic knowledge about manpower problems in country. end results is more abuse, more illegals and more problems. In reality 6P is a another failure project by KDN. Kudos to our minister in charge

Bangla agents are the one doing this to bangla workers. its not malaysian agent. cause bangla worker never believe malaysian.

 So long i didn't upgrade my blog cause i think this blogs main purpose of giving information regarding 6P over since the 6P programme stoped. But there is lot of ienquiry still cumming up about the 6P and kdn procedures . This is because public do not believe the governments body's information portal which not providing needed information. Here i give few information which i think will useful. For more info try  get from kdn facebook and try ask there if do have any inquaries

> There is no 3P. KDN placed a notice saying  no programme such as 3P in KDN main office  Putrajaya. So no truth on that and pls do not believe it until kdn announce officially

> if u registered in 6P and want check the status, go to imm page(www.imi.gov.my) enter on line service enter inquaries for foreign domestic helper and enter your kdn reference no which usually start with KDN/6P/14101. it will appear. pls check with relevant code for status. if the number didn't exist ,it mean your application not approved and maybe it is a fake paper given by your agent.

>You can get replacement for each worker you send back and the application still open
>only indonesian maid allowed to do JP visa
>Putrajaya Imigration only renewing bangladesh and china 6P passports.  Other countries need to go respective state to renew
