6p opening up?

Hi..sorry for long break...only today i managed buy new pc after old one damaged.
ya true 6p opening up on 15/2/2016. But this time it will be called as rehiring and not 6p. As normal and expected our beloved ..... government going to come up with ludicrous strategy to legalize illegal.

Until writing time i have little information on how the process going to be. As i said in my earlier post, please wait until KDN announce full process. For Myanmar nationalist the rehiring program conducted by Bukti Megah sdn bhd. A ministers crony company. All employer who intend to legalise their Myanmar worker must go to this company which based in Johor but have sub branches  all over states to register their worker. this company will help do legalisation process with fees. Before the levy high the fees is about rm5800 for each worker complete until sticker.  I have seen this company representative doing the work in immigration daily. Employer may call the manager in charge(Bukti Megah) Regina 0166161491 for further information.

For Indonesian they must go to Iman Resources to do legalisation. But i have little information how they conducting the process. Apart from this two companies other nationalities fate most probably would fall under MYeg and consortium. All of them minister level networked foreign worker agents. Their main propose is to make money by creating system in the name of helping government to legalize illegal. But i am sure the fees also will be around rm6k.  Surprisingly other day minister mention about legalize in online without paying middle man which give some hope for thousand of workers who earning less than 1500 a month.

Now government and cronies take advantage on vulnerable migrant workers to make money because they have less money in gov coffer to enjoy like previous years. Workers are the last victim cz almost all employer will touch the workers salary to cover legalization fees.

From previous experience i want give some advice's for workers and employers  who intend participate in rehiring process

• Please wait and collect some information before start to go register because normally the fees will be high for few weeks until the market correct itself later part
• Dont ever give full money to agent. please collect ic photocopy of agent if you want to give agent to run for you becaus there is so many cheating cases in previous legalization process.
• For worker who intend to be independent than employer,  find reliable employer which you personally know. If you dnt have one, consulate with good friend which have more experience hence been in malaysia for long
• Make sure medically fit before start register
• Start apply passport now in embassy if dont have one
• check worker status in immigration in online under https://eservices.imi.gov.my/myimms/VPAStslng
• Be aware if agent offer something other agents said impossible to do.

6p renewals

hi..everyone... as everybody knows the second phase of 6p likely legalization failed to be implemented cz of various internal problems. The main couse of failure is cz no parties sincerely want to end illegals problem in country but want make money out of it. Myeg miserably failed to start even thought initially they got license to do legalization process. Now the company under investigation for subcontracting the job given to them. So now the legalization topics put in hold literally.

Now 6p renewals become hot topics among agent since the legislation process didn't take place as anticipated. For your information the 6p renewals going on (all sector) in putrajaya and jalan duta immigration with condition must get approval from kdn minister. there is the trick..you must get minister sign and how many of you can meet minister? so as usual all employer must seek cable kuat agents who will help you get sign from minister. of course for money. this money which you going to pay agent can categories as donation to political parties in company audit record. the charges ranges from rm1000 to rm1500 per person.

I can understand your peoples plight but i couldn't do anything. only employers who has real balls with them could do something. But as we know most of employer or business people don't want to get in trouble and willing to pay the amount. For workers who f no employer better find agent and do renewal as soon as possible. we wouldn't know what going happen in cumming month cz thousand of 6p renewal will kick start. as usual then only minister will announce something catchy.

REHIRING

I received so many calls and inquiries regarding  legalization for past two weeks. Frankly i am too have no answer when it going to start and how they going to be. i only share what i heard from so called industry players. it might be wrong info. So i strongly emphasis employers and employees to follow up with official newses from kdn through out main newspaper rather than agent.

If they do start the legalization process, kdn would give ample time to do . So no need to rush pay agent. Agents collecting money so that the client wont run to another agent if legalization kick off. That their business strategy.

According my source, this time it wont be like legalisation process as done in 2011. As we already know whole cake want to be eaten by crony company and that not going to be that easy. Myeg may loose the contract and dominance. Most probably rehiring process will be start whereby workers who entered country in work permit and overstayed will be given chance to be renew by paying minimum compaun.

Illegals who have no document and entered country in social visa would have to leave country and can be rehire back. They will no blacklist or cooling period to rehire them back.
Iman Resoucer will handle Indonesian and bukti megah will handle mynmar nationalities. this two company controlled by ministers crony. Other nationalities maybe process by myeg.

However all this still in discussion and nobody sure how this time kdn going to do legalisation process.My advice is just wait for official announcement and take step after get clear picture. Many fraud agent waiting to make quick money out of this and please dont loose your hard earn money by paying them earlier. i will update my posting once i get more information.

New News

Hi..new news in the town again about legalization..Its almost certain that amnesty and legalization going to take place in coming October. Few company already appointed to do register illegals and few more company under processing . So far Myeg and Imam Resources confirmed receive letter from immigration to conduct illegal registration. But i am still unsure  detail of how this time the process of legalization going to b worked out. This time all crony companies going to concur whole process and left normal agent  beg to them. Just wait for official announcement from KDN which expected middle of this month

Employers should have take this opportunities to legalise their workers. Government need levy money to pay 1MDB interest which said to be 4 million everyday.In last legalization gov managed to collect around rm 1b levy from employers.

I will update regularly once i get full detail of legalization .

Rohinya

From earlier this month, rohinya and Bangladeshi refugees issue getting hot in media. This issue still ongoing without much solution even getting worse cz refugees use Malaysian warm welcome as invitation now. Most of the agent who involve in human trafficking is their own nationalities. Mynmar agent are the most and  killing spare of mynmar nationalities in northan state earlier this year shows how lucrative the business is for them.

i really salute Malay mail  journalist who expose this in Malaysia after they do their own investigation. its really laughable statement given by our igp and deputy home minister on this issue. Cristal clearly showing their mentality and  their style of management.  This way of  human trafficking already exits since our economy getting better after slowdown. All northen police in the boarding  clearly aware and no one can deny this fact. Most of senior officers living luxury and if don't believe just go see how big their house is.


malaysian went down to tier 3 i human trafficking. it means we are same with third world countries..European union may not favour doing business with malaysia if this continue but nobody in government worried about that nowadays

Come to business..now renewal of foreign worker must do in myeg as everbody knows. Staring most probably next week, calling visa too must apply through online after this. Company named Fwcms would handle this process. pls don't ask me whose company is this..

by next week employer who going to employ worker from India, Indonesia,Bangladesh and Philippine need to get clearance certificate in VOS centre. A well connected company undertake this project which will end up worker pay around rm100 to get this . worker need to go VOS centre to apply and will out in three days. the worker need to collect himself. so particular worker need to stay around VOS center for minimum 3 days. calling visa only can out after this certificate issued..


by the way, freed sector renewal going smoothly with help of agent..As i said in earlier my blog whoever follow rules in malaysia will end up as loser in the end. So dont ever worry renewal by next year..confirmly will be renewed although sticker shows last extension chop now.

Late but latest

Its been too long i didn't sit in front of computer to blog..So many quarries  pouring to mymail everyday and i am sorry if i didn't reply some. i would like share some info that usally people asking me in quetion anser way.

1. Can my freezed sector 6p permit renewable?

Free-zed service sector permit cant be renew if go straight to immigration or by Myeg as you all know. But it can be renewed if you go through influential agent. I mean by cable kuat agent who can get sign from minister. There is group doing this. however it will be costly since most of permit expired. There is another hope also in Jalan duta immigration. Please refer to credible agent there and i am not liable if you people loose money to any agent. I can understand your plight but what we can do when we vote for brainless people to manage country.

2. Should i go to myeg or direct immigration to renew my workers permit

If you have a lot of passports to renew, better you do it in immigration cz it cost effective for you. but if you have less than 30 workers, i suggest do it in myeg. There is speculation starting on may onward the rm38 service charge will be excluded. if you holding double paspport dont ever do in myeg .

3. I have a worker in malaysia but his visit pass expired. can i employ him?
 By legally this cant be done unless you have strong cable to get Jp visa from KP(directr general). But almost all agent will promise that can be legalise. Yup there is loophole in immigration system to legalise them but it not that easy and depend on country of origin. if you want to do it please choose a reliable agent.

4.is amnesty still on?

Yup amenesty still ongoing..anyone who overstay and wish to go back can do by paying compaun rm400 in immigration enforcement department. no jail but will be blacklisted for 5 years. indonesian pls go to Imam resources in sri rampai cz there are special.

5.i want to hire indonesian maid. she alrdy her in social visa. how to go about this?

No more jp visa for Indonesian maid if you go directly. You should use capable cable agent to do jp and definitely will cos you double.   you have to go through licensed  agent if you want to bring in maid from Indonesia in  permit. No more direct hire .you have no choice than pay quoted amount by agent even the maid is yours.

Bad n good

Lot of legal worker going be illegal soon since the renewal process become really headache for most of employers. Myeg now become self made immigration and teaching employers about law but they don't realise they have no right interfering law matter involving workers.

So many complain thrown to Myeg but it seems doesnt work cz of political influence. This year no doubt myeg  will make few millionaire among our politician and top level kdn official. If any media dares pls go watch and record what happening in myeg centre in bandar utama. everyday employers expressing their anger towards the myeg officers who doesnt know how they operate . all of them make empty promises and certainly dont wan write down the promises they giving by mouth.

end of the year the registered worker will b less than what we have now and the illegals  definitely will b triple in quantity. as usual government who loose money and nobody bothered about this.

Amnesty alrdy open back. illegals can go back to home country by paying 400 compound without prosecuted. can go neareast immigration department and it on untill end of this year. as usual Indonesian have to go throught immam resources a private enterprise company which will charge rm800 for the same procedure. please dont ask why the double treatment for Indonesian. only menteri and cronies only know the best reasons doing so.
