Employer from johor bahru have option to go johor KDN kompleks to do legalisation process as new one stop centre opening there.

But penang and kedah employers still have to come putrajaya to do the process..

One stop centre in putrajaya open in weekend too.. from 8am to 5pm. so use up this opportunity. last date for legalisation submission still on 10Jan2012.

we will wait and see whether there will b extension or not later...next year definitely will b thoughtful year for employers...hope some miracle happen...can b happen in our bolehland.

Whats going on?

JCS application extended until January 10th..

I can see lot of employer now trying to figure out what they should do for legalisation.

crowd spotted daily in one stop centre in putrajaya. employers take holidays season to visit putrajaya and in the same time enquiry about 6P..(can spot children more)

I heard from security company bosses that KDN granted them to employ up to 70 guards choose from in 6P programme. they cant bring new workers but choose from pool of illegal worker who do not have employer. only Nepalis can b employed. as usual kdn come up with "brilliant " idea..

Rela would b powered like police from next year onwards to petrol our neighbourhood beside police.(Star news 15/12/11). everybody knows this is political move to gain election support...people who knws top KDN person personally surprised how a good man can b changed when holding  power..masuk kandang lembu kena mengcow jugaklah kot

anybody who wish to visit indonesia don't ever tell u r RELA member or Police of malaysia..sure will get probleum..u can c how indonesian hate malaysain from last sea game itself..one of reason is... because of our authorised body harassment towards indonesian labour in malaysia quite number of years...

RELA involvement in security handling will definitely will bring problems. hope it will happen to have better government next.

According to above KDN sstatement about 67k illegals already legalised out of 1.2m illegal.

37 employer prosecuted for hiring illegal and  around 1500 illegals nabbed since the operation start 20th Oct.
Last date to submit document for legalise process is 10/01/12 and  JCS closing on 15/12/12

What going happen next?
Its pity i cant help even single employer to legalise their worker because non of them get JCS. Lot of employer still in same dilemma and they feel more hatred towards KDN and immigration.

I dare to say that no officer from KDN can stand and answer public question regarding this 6P programme by technically and informatively if we have open debate

technically only 12 out of 67k legalised worker get permit in their passport.

January onwards raiding will be speed up and then only we can hear employers voice.

Hope by then election fever will coverup..

From above url, employers can check their workers status whether their workers holding geniue PATI registration slip or not.

But it still questionable about the accuracy because there are cases have no data even registered in immigration itself.

i am really wonder why there is nobody questioning KDN about this legalisation process because it clearly shows incompetent works.

illegals still can go back their home country without paying compound  and i notice only few illegals take this opportunity to leave the country.

all camp and deport equipped with necessary things and staffing going on to get ready for mass scale of enforcement anytime ..

6P Failure?

Last Friday KDN had meeting with agency and i get know that lot of unsatisfied agent throw their anger towards KDN and againt KSU . agents not satified with KSU statement in media saying agents as swindlers and accuse them as black ship in the 6P programme

i realy do not understand how this so called high ranking people manage their department and implement nationwide programme with such stupidity way.

until today no one illegal legalised according system..but the funniest part is KDN website stating that 40k illegal legalised so far..myimm system which supposed to run this programe not fully ready to use  and officers struggling to anser the public.

6P makes more bad than good to our employment market and i conclude it as failure project.

 From above press statement its stated about 27k illegal legalised so far..
Today first fail submit ed to second floor workers department putrajaya to get sticker by employer.

New sistem (MYimm)which suppose be ready by now to run this legalise proses not ready and officer in charge made decision to accept the first fail as normal VDR submission.

Minister said employer could get workers from the pool of worker which they listed in the website www.moha.gov.my
But he never mention where we can find them if we interested to employ them..so many question cant be anserable.

I am pity with Minister because he come out with the statement which poorly adviced by incompetent employer of KDN

For employer nightmare already start after two months of cooling period..shah alam and damansara enforcement department already start their rounds up . for the moment the raid focus on illegals who didn't register themselves in 6P programe.
those who are registered but work with different place and employer also will b detain in what they called as pra registration enforcement.

JCS application will be closed on 15/12/2011 .

Hope election will b held this year to cool down this situation....
