Legalisation strat next week

Step for legalization
1)Prepare company document such as company registration, employer ic, license, contract and photo

2) Register in jobmalaysia in Internet and submit all document to Jabatan sumber manusia locally..means should submit in respective state .

3) within 7 working days you will get letter from sumber manusia(JCS) and it will sent out to respective company by pos laju from putrajaya .

4) after get Jcs, visit putrajaya ground floor where all government body setup one stop centre . in the centre employer will be interviewed by KDN officer and will get approval.

5)after paid approval, submit document with pspt photocopy and the registration slip to officer in onestop centre. you need to choose your worker who going to b legalise if the quota given less than you registered.

6) After screening process done by officer, they will issue a letter which carry the name and details of worker that can b legalised.

7) submit the letter with pspt and othr document to 2nd floor to get sticker done.

8) Fomema also can buy in onestop center. workers Bg, SPPA can buy in putrajaya itself.

This is the step that i get know from officer in onestop centre yesterday..(15/9)

Saturday 10/9 all registered agency had meeting with KDN and unfortunately i didn't attend. but
i get few information from friends who attend..it was feedback gathering session where KDN ask suggestion from agent for next phase(legalisation). we can get few point from KSU statement from Star in above article..
 i urgue all my clients get ready document that showing you require and currently in need the worker.. such as license, company registration, photo, contract agreement,
All must go through the same agent which registration take place...

Ok as usual we expect lot of contradinarystatement would come out from KDN, minister and immigration after this until legalisation start officially.

All registered agent already returned their biometric and other devices to NERS and now minister said the registration still can go ahead with appointed agent...Maybe he still in mabuk raya and no officer notify him abt this matter

Star reported illegal and legal worker stil can register in immigration. so, as usual we wait and see for more details in cuming days..

Attention to all my clients, if u wan make any correction on the slip which we print out on registration process, pls download above forms and fill up and send to us.

we will send this correction to KDN. For slip which we corrected by printing new slip we would submit cause we have all the copy.

if any problem arise during legalisation process, pls refer to us and we would assits you

NERS only distribute this form now which i think is late. suppose we should receive before registration.

New levy for foreign worker

Luckily government only increasing rm50 which i think not increased for more then 7 years

Pls do renewal in this few days to cut your cost. for employer who employ lot of worker this wil be burden but government have no choice.

The proposal is to increase rm50 ringgit per month but luckily increased rm 50 for a year...
