I heard JCS procedure now become easy ready and a frind of mine told me KDN one stop centre too being lenient and not 100% follow books.

hope all my client take this oppurtunity register them self in JCS and follow up..dont try do in last minute  because i dun think KDN onestop centre can cope with last minute rush

illegal who not registered in 6P and want to go back home now can do in putrajaya immigration enforcement department without paying compound or fine. just get your travel document and ticket and get the clearance..for whom already register in 6P and intend to go back home even in the slip stated to work, you still can go back home without refereeing to immigration..pls bring along the slip to klia...

January 10 is last to do legalisation and so far about 17k PATI already given clearance by KDN to legalise..i get this figure from 2day star newspaper..

The most funniest thing is so far no permit out for the legalised cause i heard there is no en ought preparation done in terms software and hardware.

6P actually enduring lot of technical problems which i think is sloppy work that no one can accept in private sector.

lot of people confuse with the article and i received some calls regarding this...now second phase of legalisation going on..after this legalisation process they wil b big size exercise will carried out to crackdown illegals.

.in this exercise illegal who not legalised in 2nd phase eventhogh they registered earlier will b hunted.

 i estimate only abt 100k illegals can be legalised if follow current procedure and other will b sent back.

there is no second round of illegal registration and amnesty will given out for them to goback home country after 2nd phase of 6P over..so there is a 2nd chances to illegal to go back home without going trial or imprisonment.

anyhow constantly changing KDN rules make a lot people in confusion..and i advice them to  always follow up news and clarify in nearest immigration

Maid dilemma

As i said earlier KDN reversed their stand on maid . on Friday 14/10 they reverse saying maid can b legalised and the proess going to do  by putrajaya maid department. in the same day i saw 2nd floor putrajaya immigration maid section alrdy place notice in counter to receive maid application for legalisation process. but officer cldnt provide more details and ask to wait for cumming week.

KDN policies became laughing joke to most agent and for immigration staf. all of us wonder how these people works and i definitely can tell KDN policies become liability to BN government in next election.

For my client who registerd maid with me, i would assits to do legalisation..get ready maid passport and relevant document for the process. for maid application, the employer should prepare
a) photo of employer. (husband and wife)
b) ic photocopy of employer
c)Married certificate
d)children birth certificate
e)B form
f) 3 month salary slip of employer(both)
g) maid photo and passport

for he employer who want reqruit maid to take care eldery people, they should include

ic photocophy of eldery
letter from hospital saying the eldery have health problm
any evidence showing the eldry related to applicant.

Employer register in JOBMalaysia from Human resource minister(Get Jcs)

employer should prepare pspt for illegal intheir respective embassy
Employer/Registered agency(RA)  should register online

Employer/RA must submit application document includes JCS and PATI registration slip to KDN onestop centre in Dewan serbaguna KPPK, aras G Blok 2G4, presint 2 Putrajaya

KDN one stop centre would check the fail and fix a appointment date for employer to get their approval

Approval will be given and levy can paid wt list of PATI granted to do legalisation.

Do medical checkup

Get permit /sticker in Immigration

JCS

Bad Newses

As i stated in my previous posting, KDN policies will change overnight and its b true in the case deepavli offer that i mention in my past post..the offer reversed on 6/10/11 and all illegal intend to go back home have to pay compound staring 6/10.

All employer who registered their illegal in 6P process must go through JCS . through past 3 weeks only hand full employer register their self in JCS and i am sure they wouldn't b much changes in cumming week.

Anaother bad news is, only 3 sub sectors allowed in service sector..Restaurant, cleaning service and workers in resort are entitled to legalise..Bangladeshi workers allowed and maid cant b legalised as follow current instruction from KDN

As usual KDN will overturn their policies in overnight and therefor most of employer not worried that much.

Almost all immigration officer in putrajaya which dealing with 6P programme fed up with KDN polices because they have hard time to explain to public every time they change policies.

I really feel sad to my client situation...most of them eager to legalise their workers and if v follow current situation i am doubtful abt that.  any way as usual we follow our natural theory wait n c

Deepavali offer for illegal

Illegal who had registered or didn't registered before can go back to home country without paying fine starting 4/10/11

they just need to present with passport or emergency out pass with ticket to Putrajaya Immigration and they will b given clearance which valid for a month immediately

So pls use this deepavali offer from immigration cause it wont be long. anytime anything can happen to KDN policies
